Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 · November 30 — Welcome to Addis Ababa
Arrive in Addis Ababa for a private welcome and airport transfer. Check in and settle into your accommodation, then experience an Ethiopian feast and cultural show at Yod Abyssinia.[1]
Day 2 · December 1 — Fly to Lalibela
Fly to Lalibela, transfer to the lodge and enjoy lunch. Explore the southeastern cluster of rock-hewn churches, including Bete Gabriel-Rufael, Bete Merkorios, Bete Amanuel and Bete Abba Libanos.[1]
Day 3 · December 2 — Sacred Lalibela and return to Addis
Experience early worship and visit the northwestern church cluster and Bete Giyorgis. Fly back to Addis Ababa and enjoy an evening at leisure.[1]
Day 4 · December 3 — Discover Addis Ababa
Visit Holy Trinity Cathedral, the National Museum with its Lucy exhibit, Merkato and the viewpoints of Entoto Hills.[1]
Day 5 · December 4 — Ethiopia to Kenya
Fly from Addis Ababa to Nairobi. Enjoy a private arrival transfer, check in and choose dinner from the team's curated recommendations. Do not assume dinner is included in the Kenya meal plan.[1]
Day 6 · December 5 — Nairobi wildlife and city energy
Visit the Sheldrick elephant orphanage and Giraffe Centre, and take a safari in Nairobi National Park. The plan also features a curated lunch and opportunities to discover Nairobi's rooftops, Afro-jazz and Afrobeat nightlife. Confirm reservations, timing and meal or nightlife costs with the organizer.[1]
Day 7 · December 6 — Maasai village experience
Receive a Maasai village welcome and learn through dance, storytelling, beadwork and community life. Return to Nairobi and select dinner from the team's recommendations.[1]
Day 8 · December 7 — Nairobi at your own pace
Enjoy a free day to rest or explore Nairobi independently. Arrange any optional activities and associated costs with the team.[1]
Day 9 · December 8 — Free day in Kenya
Spend a final leisure day in Kenya, relaxing or choosing your own experiences. Optional activities are subject to separate arrangements.[1]
Day 10 · December 9 — Departure or onward travel
Depart for home or arrange onward travel to Ghana. Confirm airport arrangements, flight schedules and any onward-trip costs; do not assume the Ghana extension is included.[1]
Meals and flights to confirm
The trip lists all meals in Ethiopia and daily breakfast in Kenya; other Kenyan meals are not generally included. Flights to and from Lalibela and the Addis Ababa–Nairobi flight appear in the itinerary, but airfare inclusion is not clear from the inclusion list. Confirm which fares are covered before purchasing tickets.[1]
