Option 1: Slave River & Door of No Return

• Assin Manso Ancestral River - Visit the sacred site where enslaved Africans took their last bath on native soil, with optional libation ceremony
• Cape Coast Castle - Visit the "Door of No Return" with moment of silence and remembrance
• Attire: White (symbolizing purity and remembrance)

Option 2: Nzulezu Stilt Village Experience

• 45-minute canoe ride through mangrove forests to UNESCO Heritage Site
• Walking tour of village built entirely on stilts over Lake Tadane
• See houses, school, church, and community center on stilts
• Visit Sacred Crocodile Pond at Nana Crocodile Village

Evening: Overnight in Cape Coast with bonfire dinner

Day 5: Cultural Village Visit & Rest Day

• Visit village in central region and make donations
