Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery? Join us for our Women's Healing Retreat in Ghana, where we will work alongside an experienced mental health practitioner to guide you toward a path of growth and empowerment. At this Women's Healing Retreat in Ghana, we will celebrate Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. The retreat is designed to help women reconnect with themselves and others and to heal from past traumas. We believe that the meaning of freedom is closely connected to the healing process and that by exploring the rich culture and history of Ghana, we can gain a deeper understanding of our own journeys towards liberation. One of the key aspects of our retreat is working with a Mental Health practitioner who specializes in cognitive behavioral techniques and positive psychology and a pranic healer to balance the body’s energy fields to remove blockages or imbalances. Through this collaboration, you will have the opportunity to identify and release the pain that may be holding you back from living your best life You will also uncover roadblocks and hindrances to your growth and learn how to move past them.
