Our team will take you on a journey through the rich history and traditions of Ghana, starting with a traditional welcome home ceremony. Elders will offer prayers and perform some traditional rites to usher you into the land.

You'll be greeted with singing, dancing, and drumming, and will have the opportunity to participate in the ceremony yourself.

After the welcome home ceremony, it's time to get cooking! Our local chefs will guide you through the preparation of some of Ghana's most beloved dishes, including banku and okro soup, light soup and fufu, and jollof rice. You'll learn about the ingredients and techniques used in Ghanaian cooking, and will have the opportunity to try your hand at making these dishes yourself.

But our cooking experience is more than just a lesson in culinary technique. It's also an opportunity to connect with Ghanaian culture and traditions, and to learn about the role that food plays in Ghanaian society. You'll hear stories and anecdotes about the history and cultural significance of each dish, and will gain a deeper understanding of the country's rich heritage.

Today, we go shopping in a local market as we prepare to explore the many health benefits of its superfoods. Our expert guides will take you on a culinary adventure, introducing you to an array of delicious and nutritious superfoods that have been used by African cultures for centuries.

This unique experience takes you on a journey through the history and cultivation of cocoa in Ghana, one of the world's largest producers of cocoa.

We will visit a cocoa farm, where you wil learn about the cultivation and processing of cocoa beans. You'll have the opportunity to see the cocoa pods up close and learn about the different stages of production, from harvesting to drying and roasting.

After the farm visit, it's time to indulge in some of the freshest and most delicious chocolate you'll ever taste. You'll have the chance to sample a variety of chocolates made from Ghanaian cocoa, each with its own unique flavor profile. From dark chocolate with a hint of nuttiness to milk chocolate with a smooth and creamy texture, there's something for every chocolate lover to enjoy.
